Chaeli earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from California Baptist University in Riverside, California. With a successful career spanning across several reputable Fortune 500/100 companies, she has bridged the gap between corporate optics and the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) expansion. Recognizing the diversity disparities that exist within the corporate community, Chaeli has taken an active role in driving change. She founded Sundry Consulting Group to help companies develop and expand their DEI initiatives, attract and retain diverse talent, and foster a culture of inclusivity where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed.
In 2019, Chaeli further expanded her knowledge in the field of DEI by earning her Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Her passion for making a positive impact on the corporate world continues to drive her work, and she remains committed to building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive future for all.
Liz, known as Marie-Elizabeth, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. After about 5 years of healthcare operations work experience, Liz received her Master's in Business Administration from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida. Over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience has afforded Liz with a foundation fortified in professionalism and reinforced by a sound work ethic. Her 4-year career in healthcare consulting has allowed her to experience many facets of acute healthcare operations from across the country for both smaller hospitals and large Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) hospitals. Her experience includes but not limited to strategic planning, global outcomes, project management, contract negotiations, physician collaboration, leading and revamping healthcare value analysis programs, healthcare supply chain operations, operating room efficiencies, labor and staffing, process improvement and project management. Throughout her career, she noticed the imbalance of diversity in healthcare leadership teams. She decided to join Sundry Consulting Group to offer firsthand insight on supplier diversity, employee inclusion techniques, employee recruitment and leadership coaching.
Alex received his master’s degree in Public Health from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa where he focused his practice on epidemiology. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health, Associate of Applied Science in Public Health Technology and in Human Resource Management. Alex has served over 15 years in the United States Air Force (USAF). He currently serves as a reserve First Sergeant where he leads a team of over 250 members and is responsible for organizational health, morale, discipline, mentoring, well-being, development, advocating for diversity, and progression. Alex has acted as the Epidemiology lead representative for Federal, State, local, and other agencies on key matters, including but not limited to community health planning, Ebola, MERS, HIV, epidemic planning, disaster response, disease containment planning, contingency response, resource sharing agreements, social science programs, and community interventions. His extensive knowledge and work with health behavior theories has allowed him to bring a unique subset to Sundry Consulting Group. Some of the same theories utilized in Public Health to change human behavior toward making healthy decisions and drive positive personal and community health outcomes are incorporated into our programs to implement meaningful, long-lasting change. Health behavior theories drive changes to health behaviors, and we use these same tried and tested theories to drive diversity behaviors. This makes our approach unique in that it is fundamentally grounded in evidence-based practice and behavior science.
